1. Social environment.
Conditions in which a man and woman raised will affect how their behavior later. Various viewpoints can create an atmosphere that allows a person to engage in sexual harassment.

2. The atmosphere around the supports.
Sexual harassment usually occurs more frequently in public facilities, especially on public transport management, so that someone looking like an opportunity.

3. Has a higher power.
Some people sometimes misused his power to abuse, most perpetrators think the victim is a person who is weak or afraid of losing his job.

4. Stress on marriage.
Stress on marriage would make someone's life is in emotional distress so vulnerable to sexual harassment.

5. Moral decline.
When the condition of a person experiencing a moral weakness, or premarital sex is often considered a 'one night stand' is something that is fair to assume it is not sexual harassment.

6. Having sex is deviant behavior.
Usually this person has a disorder such as likes to show his dick, like it deals with problems or have pornoaction peeping behavior.

7. Lack of existing legal regulations.
Some people engage in sexual harassment because there is no law that can make someone feel the deterrent.

Victims of sexual harassment will feel very ashamed, scared and tend to wait until things are unbearable new report or complain.

Impacts that could result from sexual harassment is causing stress or depression and feel isolated. In sexual harassment include the effects of physical and psychological problems.
